Abstract

The article provides a scientific analysis of the formation and strengthening of long-term resource bases in commercial banks. The importance of long-term sources in ensuring banking stability, expanding credit and investment opportunities, and financing the real sector of the economy is examined. The main sources of long-term resources include term deposits, bond issuance, loans from international financial institutions, government-guaranteed funds, and bank capital. The study highlights the macroeconomic and microeconomic effects of strengthening the resource base, such as ensuring economic stability, creating new jobs, reducing inflation, and increasing bank liquidity. Furthermore, the necessity of diversifying resources under the conditions of global financial market changes and the digital economy is substantiated.
