Abstract

This thesis examines the issues of transforming tax policy in the context of the modern digital economy. It analyzes the advantages and challenges of expanding the tax base, reducing the shadow economy, and automating tax administration amid the development of digital platforms, e-commerce, and blockchain technologies. Based on the research findings, scientific and practical proposals have been developed to improve digital tax policy.
