System of Exercises for the Formation of the Russian Language Number Category in Students of Uzbek Schools

Abstract

The article is dedicated to developing and describing a system of exercises for forming the number category of the Russian language in Uzbek school students. The methodological basis relies on a comparative analysis of the grammatical systems of the Russian and Uzbek languages and the overcoming of interference in the assimilation of the plural. The exercise system contributes to the development of speech skills, communicative competence, and the formation of a strong skill in mastering the category of number in bilingual learning.
