Abstract

In the context of contemporary foreign language education, the development of English communicative competence has become one of the important objectives of secondary education. The growing role of English in international communication, higher education, science, technology, digital communication, and professional interaction requires learners to acquire not only knowledge of grammatical structures and vocabulary but also the ability to use English effectively in realistic communicative situations. For upper-grade students, this requirement is particularly significant because the final years of secondary education represent a transitional period in which learners increasingly prepare for academic study, future employment, professional communication, and participation in broader social and intercultural environments.
