Questions of the Need for the Formation of Emotional Intelligence among Students of Higher Medical Educational Institutions

Abstract

This scientific article is devoted to the actual problem of the formation of emotional intelligence in students of higher medical educational institutions. In today's world, where medical professionals face increased levels of stress, the requirements for emotional stability and the ability to empathize are becoming an integral part of their professional activities. The article discusses the importance of developing emotional intelligence in future medical professionals through the integration of appropriate educational programs into the educational process. The authors analyze current research on the impact of emotional intelligence on the quality of healthcare and the effectiveness of interaction with patients.
