THE USE OF SELF-EFFICACY STRATEGIES IN THE PROCESS OF DEVELOPING STUDENTS’ COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE
Keywords:

The study examines the role of self-efficacy strategies in developing students’ communicative competence in higher education. Particular attention is given to successful learning experiences, goal setting, peer modeling, self-assessment, constructive feedback, collaborative learning, gradual task complexity, and reflective practice. The findings indicate that systematic use of these strategies can increase students’ confidence, motivation, active participation, persistence, and ability to overcome communication barriers. Self-efficacy strategies also support emotional regulation and encourage students to take greater responsibility for their communicative development. The study concludes that integrating self-efficacy strategies into communicative instruction creates favorable conditions for the comprehensive development of students’ communicative competence.Downloads
