Abstract

Several linguists have pointed out that socialization is one of the main factors affecting oral speech. This research work aims to determine the extent to which the socialization process in adolescents affects the structure of oral speech. The study involved students from the Presidential School in Qarshi, as well as 7th and 8th-grade students from School No. 27. The texts recorded from the participants were structurally analyzed. As a result, it was found that the structural composition of speech in specialized school students is more complex than in regular school students. Additionally, specialized school students demonstrated superior performance compared to regular school students in terms of providing evidence for opinions, organizing thoughts, and presenting counter-arguments. Consequently, the process of socialization occurring in different environments affects the structural composition of oral speech.
